This bill creates within the state treasury the Corrections
Officer Training Fund for the training of corrections officers
and jailers. A $5 surcharge will be assessed and deposited into
the fund for each court proceeding filed in any circuit court in
this state or any municipal court which employs a jailer. Moneys
