HB 301 -- Volunteer Fire Protection Associations

This bill allows volunteer fire protection associations to enter
into mutual-aid agreements with other public and private
agencies.  Beginning August 28, 2007, all volunteer fire
protection associations within the state are automatically a part
of a statewide mutual-aid response system which is established
within the Department of Public Safety.
