HB 309 -- Sexual Offenders

This bill makes it a class A misdemeanor for certain sexual
offenders to be present in or loiter within 500 feet of any real
property comprising any public park or swimming pool or to serve
as an athletic coach, manager, or trainer for any sports team
with children younger than 12 years of age.
