HB 380 -- Child Advocacy Center Fund

Sponsor:  Wildberger

This bill creates the Child Advocacy Center Fund to provide
financial support for child advocacy centers.  A fee of $2 is
imposed on each party to a dissolution of marriage judgment to be
transferred into the fund.  The Department of Social Services is
responsible for establishing a procedure to distribute the moneys
to qualifying child advocacy centers.
