HB 384 -- Charitable Solicitations

Sponsor:  Wildberger

This bill allows the governing body of any municipality or county
to authorize its employees or agents to stand in a road to
solicit charitable contributions.  The employee or agent must
make written application at least 11 days before soliciting and
must provide proof of liability insurance coverage.  The
governing body may require payment of a reasonable fee.
