HB 433 -- Motor Vehicle Insurance

Currently, any person carrying underinsured motor vehicle
coverage with liability limits of less than two times the minimum
required limits for bodily injury or death is considered to
provide excess liability coverage against any underinsured motor
vehicle involved in the accident.  This bill adds property damage
to the excess liability provision.
