HB 45 -- Sunday Liquor Sales During Sporting Events

This bill allows persons licensed to sell intoxicating liquor by
the drink to be open on Sundays when a national championship of a
major sport is being played or when a Missouri-based professional
or college team is playing in a national championship or
televised bowl game.  Currently, these licensees may be open on
certain holidays that fall on a Sunday and on "Super Bowl
Sunday."
