HB 480 -- Fire Protection and Ambulance District Board Member
Qualifications

This bill allows employees of fire protection districts and
ambulance districts to serve as board members of fire protection
and ambulance districts if they are not employed by the
districts.  Currently, employees of fire protection districts and
ambulance districts are not allowed to serve as board members of
any fire protection district or ambulance district.
