HB 598 -- Unemployment Benefits Calculations

This bill specifies that any person owning an interest in a
business, who by reason of ownership is ineligible to receive
unemployment compensation benefits, will not be considered an
employer for the purpose of calculating an employer's
contribution to the Unemployment Compensation Trust Fund.
