HB 65 -- Property Tax Credit for Educational Expenses

Sponsor:  Davis

This bill authorizes a real property tax credit for educational
expenses incurred for a taxpayer's child or children when the
taxpayer declines educational services provided by any public
school district.  The taxpayer must be a resident of this state,
own real property within the district, and have at least one
child living in the home to qualify for this credit.
