HB 66 -- State Legal Expense Fund

This bill revises the definition of "free health clinic" as it
relates to claims to the State Legal Expense Fund by removing the
requirement that a free health clinic must be exempt from federal
taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and
requiring a free health clinic to provide only health services
instead of primary care and preventive health services.
