HB 67 -- Election Offenses

This bill makes it a class three election offense to use a
wireless electronic recording device to transmit ballot contents
to unauthorized persons.  A voter's use of a wireless electronic
recording device in a polling place to give or receive voting
information will be a class four election offense.
