HB 709 -- Qualified Bio-Mass

This bill adds qualified bio-mass to Missouri agricultural
products used in the production of ethanol for the purpose of
eligibility for a Missouri Qualified Fuel Ethanol Producer
Incentive Fund grant.  "Qualified bio-mass" is defined as any
agriculturally derived organic material or any wood-derived
material qualified by the Missouri Agricultural and Small
Business Development Authority in consultation with the
Conservation Commission.
