HB 710 -- Sales Tax and Use Exemption for Forestry

This bill authorizes a state and local sales and use tax
exemption for machinery, equipment, repair or replacement parts,
lubricants, and supplies used exclusively for forestry purposes
including the planting, harvesting, processing, or transporting
of forestry products.
