HB 712 -- Fuel Franchise Contracts

Sponsor:  Munzlinger

This bill prohibits fuel franchisors from entering into contracts
that limit or restrict the purchase, sale, or use of alternative
motor fuels as specified in the bill.

Threats and coercion designed to limit the purchase, sale, or use
of alternative motor fuels will be subject to a fine of up to
$1,000 for each violation.
