HB 730 -- School Days Missed for Inclement Weather

In the 2005-2006 school year, schools were allowed to reduce the
number of required school days because of inclement weather and
waive the requirement to schedule two-thirds of the missed days
into the next year's calendar.  This bill allows the same
provisions for this school year for school districts that have
missed days on or after January 12, 2007.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
