HB 751 -- Advertising of Sales Tax Absorption

This bill allows retailers to advertise that the sales tax will
be paid by the retailer as long as the amount is separately
stated and added to the selling price of the property or services
rendered.  Failure to separately state the assumed or absorbed
sales tax on the receipt will be a misdemeanor.
