HB 766 -- Public Water Supply District Detachments

This bill requires courts to provide a description of the
territory and new boundaries of a public water supply district
when a detachment of part of a district is ordered.  A copy of
the order must be filed by the circuit clerk in the office of the
recorder of deeds, in the office of the county clerk in any
county affected by the detachment, and in the Office of the
Secretary of State.  The individual filing the petition for
approval of the detachment must pay any costs.
