HB 834 -- Election Costs

This bill transfers the review of state expenditures for general
and local elections from the Commissioner of the Office of
Administration to the Secretary of State.  After the Secretary of
State certifies the amount owed to the counties and cites for
certain election costs, the State Treasurer will distribute the
payments.
