HB 856 -- Juvenile Court Employees

This bill redefines "employee" for the purpose of participation
in the Local Government Employees' Retirement System (LAGERS) to
include juvenile court employees located in any judicial circuit
in the counties of Boone, Buchanan, Callaway, Camden, Cape
Girardeau, Cass, Clay, Cole, Franklin, Greene, Jasper, Jefferson,
Platte, and Taney who were employed on or after July 1, 1999.
"County retirement plan" is also redefined to include the County
Employees' Retirement System.
