HB 868 -- Federal REAL ID Act of 2005

This bill prohibits the state from participating in any national
identification system using driver's license records as required
in the federal REAL ID Act of 2005.

Data obtained from a driver's license record will not be shared
with any organization or state, other than law enforcement,
without the driver's express permission or a court order.
