HB 870 -- County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund

This bill prohibits current or former county elected officials
and current or former employees of the county commission from
serving on the board of trustees that supervises a county law
enforcement restitution fund.  Currently, only current or former
employees of the sheriff's department, office of the prosecuting
attorney for the county, and the office of the county treasurer
are excluded from serving on the board.
