HB 890 -- Community College Districts

Sponsor:  Kratky

Currently, community colleges may issue bonds for job training
programs through July 1, 2008.  This bill changes the expiration
date to July 1, 2018.  The Missouri Community College New Jobs
Training Program within the Division of Workforce Development in
the Department of Economic Development is to expire on July 1,
2018; the bill extends the expiration date to July 1, 2028.
