HB 896 -- Traffic Violation Cases

This bill defines "traffic violation case," as it is used in
Chapter 488, RSMo, as a nonfelony case filed under Chapter 301,
302, 304, 307, or 390, except for traffic offenses involving
operating a motor vehicle or watercraft while intoxicated or
under the influence of intoxicants or drugs, resulting in
personal injury or property damage to another person, or while
fleeing or attempting to elude an officer or when operating a
vehicle with a counterfeited, altered, suspended, or revoked
license.
