HB 918 -- Telecommunications Service Regulation

This bill exempts directory assistance, operator services, late
payment, and various other financial charges from the definition
of "telecommunications services" which are subject to regulation
by the Missouri Public Service Commission.  The commission is
authorized to regulate electronic publishing services.
