HB 942 -- Driver's Education for Students

This bill requires school districts to offer a driver's education
course to students 15 years of age or older.

Individuals who are driving with a temporary instruction permit
or intermediate license are prohibited from using a cell phone
except for an emergency.  A violation of this provision will be
an infraction punishable by a $50 fine for the first offense and
a $100 fine for a second offense.
