HB 949 -- Retirement of State Officers and Employees

Beginning January 1, 2008, this bill allows state officers and
employees who have creditable service in a retirement system
established under Chapter 104, RSMo, to transfer the service
between systems.  The system transferring the service will pay
the receiving system an agreed upon amount based on the accrued
liability of the service.
