HB 96 -- Animal Facilities

This bill requires, upon issuance of a court order to enter an
animal facility, the executing law enforcement agency to notify
the state veterinarian who will accompany the agency into the
animal facility.  If the state veterinarian determines that
further action is necessary to safeguard the health and welfare
of the animals at the facility, he or she is to advise the
issuing court as to the actions to be taken.
