HB 976 -- Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan

This bill allows any Missouri resident to participate in the
Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan by paying an annual
premium equal to the annual rate plus an additional premium of up
to 5% for administrative costs.  Currently, only state employees,
state retirees, and employees of public entities are eligible to
participate.
