HB 979 -- Reissuance of License Plates

Sponsor:  St. Onge

This bill requires the Director of the Department of Revenue to
commence the reissuance of a newly designed license plate no
later than January 1, 2009.  Applicants for a new or renewed
license plate will be required to pay an additional fee to cover
the actual cost of the reissuance.
