HJR 35 -- Initiative Petitions

Upon voter approval, this proposed constitutional amendment
requires initiative petitions, used to enact both constitutional
amendments and statutes, to be signed by 15% of the voters in
every congressional district of the state and mandates that a
ballot measure proposed by an initiative petition be on the
ballot at the next general election after the approval of the
petition.
