HB 467 -- CONVEYANCE IN PETTIS COUNTY (Cox)

COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN:  Corrections and Public Institutions

This bill authorizes the Governor to convey state property
located in Pettis County to the Girl Scouts - Heart of Missouri
Council, Incorporated.

The bill contains an emergency clause.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2008, FY 2009, and
FY 2010.
