AN ACT

To amend chapter 209, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to disability benefits.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 209, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 209.225, to read as follows:

            209.225. Except as otherwise provided under Section 1902(v) of the Social Security Act, no person who is denied federal disability benefits based on a determination of lack of disability shall be eligible to receive any state benefits based on disability.
