AN ACT

To amend chapter 252, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to fees for certain hunting licenses and permits.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 252, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 252.053, to read as follows:

            252.053. Notwithstanding any other law or administrative rule to the contrary, any veteran, as defined in section 36.020, RSMo, who is a resident of Missouri shall not be required to pay a fee to obtain a deer or turkey hunting license or permit in the state of Missouri.
