AN ACT

To amend chapter 414, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to ethanol-blended gasoline.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 414, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 414.257, to read as follows:

            414.257. Beginning September 1, 2007, all fuel retailers who sell or offer for sale in Missouri gasoline which contains fuel ethanol shall display at the retail pump the percentage of fuel ethanol contained in each grade and type of gasoline offered for sale.
