AN ACT

To amend chapter 252, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to hunter safety courses.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 252, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 252.042, to read as follows:

            252.042. No active duty military personnel shall be required to successfully complete a department-approved hunter safety course before obtaining a hunting permit or license.
