AN ACT

To amend chapter 565, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to a prohibition on the implanting of microchips in humans, with a penalty provision.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 565, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 565.360, to read as follows:

            565.360. 1. No person shall require an individual to undergo the implanting of a microchip.

            2. Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be subject to a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars for each offense. Each day of a continued violation constitutes a separate offense.
