AN ACT

To amend chapter 660, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to utilicare.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 660, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 660.121, to read as follows:

            660.121. Any elderly households, disabled households, and qualified individual households receiving assistance under the utilicare program shall be required to attend a financial planning or budgeting class administered by the agency providing such assistance.
