AN ACT

To amend chapter 37, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to state advertisements.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 37, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 37.275, to read as follows:

            37.275. For all advertisements by a Missouri state agency that was paid for by taxpayer dollars, such advertisement shall declare the following: "This ad was paid for by taxpayer dollars.". For purposes of this section, "state agency" means an authority, board, branch, commission, committee, department, division, college, or university of this state.
