AN ACT
To amend chapter 304, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the operation of mini-trucks.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 304, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 304.032, to read as follows:
304.032. 1. Mini-trucks may be operated upon any public road or thoroughfare for vehicles, including state roads, county roads and public streets, avenues, boulevards, parkways, or alleys in any municipality; except such vehicles shall not be operated on interstate highways.
2. Operators of mini-trucks shall comply with the traffic regulations of this chapter, and the titling, registration, and license plate provisions of chapter 301, RSMo.
3. For purposes of this section, "mini-truck" means an imported vehicle with a passenger cab that is approximately 10.5 feet long and 4.5 feet wide, with a 660 cc engine or smaller, capable of speeds around fifty-five miles per hour.
