AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of a memorial highway.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.389, to read as follows:

            227.389. The portion of Interstate 44 from route WW to route MM within the county of the third classification without a township form of government and with more than thirty-two thousand five hundred but fewer than thirty-two thousand six hundred inhabitants shall be designated the "Governor Phil M. Donnelly Memorial Highway". Costs for such designation shall be paid by private donations.
