HB 1628 -- ALTERNATIVE FUEL DECALS SPONSOR: Cooper (120) COMMITTEE ACTION: Voted "do pass by consent" by the Committee on Ways and Means by a vote of 7 to 0. This bill authorizes an exemption from the alternative fuel decal and tax requirement for historical vehicles powered by liquid petroleum or natural gas. FISCAL NOTE: No impact on state funds in FY 2009, FY 2010, and FY 2011.
