HB 1299 -- All-Terrain Vehicles Sponsor: Kuessner This bill specifies the meaning of an all-terrain vehicle as it applies to the laws regarding vehicles operating on state highways. An all-terrain vehicle includes any motorized vehicle manufactured and used exclusively for off-highway use which is 63 inches or less in width, has an unladen dry weight of 1,850 pounds or less, travels on four or six wheels, is commonly referred to as a utility vehicle, and is used primarily for agricultural, landscaping, lawn care, or maintenance purposes.Copyright (c) Missouri House of Representatives
