HB 1311 -- Write-In Candidates

This bill requires anyone filing a declaration of intent to be a
write-in candidate for election to a municipal office to meet the
requirements involving his or her qualifications for holding
elective office, filing deadlines, the payment of city taxes and
municipal fees, and the payment of state property and income
taxes.
