HB 1336 -- Incorporation of Cities

This bill removes villages from a certain incorporation procedure
for cities and towns and increases the threshold number of
signatures required on a petition to incorporate from 15% of the
registered voters to 15% of the votes cast in the last
gubernatorial election, in the area proposed to be incorporated.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
