HB 1369 -- Joint Committee on Corrections

This bill authorizes the Director of Research of the Committee on
Legislative Research to use legislative research staff and other
House and Senate staff to assist in the duties of the Joint
Committee on Corrections as directed by the committee.  The
respective chairs of the joint committee are further authorized
to coordinate with their research and appropriations staff the
required inspections of correctional facilities.
