HB 1396 -- Sexual Offenders

This bill requires the Department of Revenue to put a unique code
or identifier on the driver's license, nondriver's license, or
driver's permit of anyone who is required to register as a sexual
offender.  Beginning January 1, 2009, the State Highway Patrol
must provide the department with the name, address, and Social
Security number of every registered sexual offender and must
update that information every three months.
