HB 1413 -- Sexual Offenders

This bill adds any person who has pled guilty or nolo contendere
to, been convicted of, or been found guilty of any offense
committed in another state or any federal or military offense
which, if committed in Missouri, would be a sexual offense to the
list of individuals who are prohibited from residing within 1,000
feet of any public school, private school, or child care
facility.
