HB 1453 -- Planning and Zoning

Sponsor:  Roorda

This bill allows any county planning commission and county
commission to retroactively apply planning and zoning regulations
to subdivision plats approved and recorded before the adoption of
planning and zoning if less than 50% of the lots in the
subdivision have been developed.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
