HB 1511 -- Theft of Utility Property

Sponsor:  Kraus

This bill specifies that any person who steals any wire,
electrical transformer, or metallic wire used for transmitting
telecommunications or conducting electricity will be guilty of a
class D felony.  Any person who steals any property located on
utility property will be guilty of a class D felony.
